“The Pantanal was the best story that I’ve done abroad, thanks to Daniel.  He is far and away the best guide and assistant I have ever worked with, and I couldn't have made my photographs without him” (Joel Sartore , National Geographic)

“Our guide, Daniel De Granville, is a celebrated wildlife photographer himself, whom I recommend highly to anyone who ventures into Brazil’s wilderness. He planed everything and researched my unusual requests, was very supportive and photographer friendly during the entire journey” (Amos Nachoum , BigAnimals.com)

FULL TESTIMONIALS

Joel Sartore >>

"The Pantanal was the best story that I’ve done abroad, thanks to Daniel.  He is far and away the best guide and assistant I have ever worked with, and I couldn't have made my photographs without him. We traveled to places where photos had rarely, if ever, been taken. But Daniel knew his way around. He always made sure to leave a situation better than we found it, so people were glad to help us out. Though the going was tough, Daniel never lost his most important asset, his positive attitude. He was responsible for pre-production, coordinating logistics for our crew and gear, to keeping tabs on expenses, and did a great job of everything. His patience was amazing as well. His journalistic instinct and ability to research subjects for hours resulted in many great shooting situations”.

“It was an amazing 23 day tour de force of Brazil’s wildlife. We aimed to scout an expedition route to encounter Anacondas underwater, Jaguars in the wild, Piranhas in the river and the Pink Dolphin too. We had a superb guide who planed everything and researched my unusual requests, he was very supportive and photographer friendly during the entire journey. Daniel De Granville is a celebrated wildlife photographer himself, whom I recommend highly to anyone who ventures into Brazil’s wilderness. It seems that nobody ever attempted and executed such an undertaking to find all these wildlife encounters in one expedition. We not only we broke new ground, found new locations for Anacondas, but we have added value to the local tourism industry. Brazil is an adventure and a country which I will return to again and again”.
